Everyone knows brunch is by far the best meal of the week. With this in mind Head Chef, Harvey Ayliffe has created a brunch menu filled with classic favourites alongside some more adventurous dishes. Plus of course an enviable selection of cocktails and an expertly-curated wine and Champagne list. Japanese wagyu croquettes with wasabi mayo, lobster & shrimp nasi goring with fried egg & crispy shallots, banoffee waffles and Huevos rancheros with chorizo and guacamole are not to be missed.
Available from 11.30am to 5pm, Saturday and Sunday.
