The Barbecue Box
Our Head Chef Harvey Ayliffe has mastered the skills and techniques to create flavoursome, healthy food on the grill, which you can now recreate on your own barbecues. Each kit will contain a selection of recipes for mains, salads and a dessert suggestion for a truly gourmet barbecue, plus some useful equipment and store cupboard essentials. A summer must-have for all food lovers, the boxes are priced at £50 and are available to purchase from Tuesday, 2 May at The Mount Street Deli, situated only a short walk away.
Included in each box will be:

• Booklet with BBQ recipes & tips from the 34 Mayfair kitchen
The summer barbecue recipes will include three main course suggestions: Spanish spiced Ibérico pork chops; Korean spiced butterflied leg of lamb with a sesame dressing; and dry American spiced spatchcock chicken. To accompany the main courses, recipes for coal-roasted aubergines with a yoghurt dressing, and a shaved courgette, pea and mint salad with lemon dressing will also be enclosed, in addition to a chargrilled spicy pineapple in a rum & chilli sauce dessert.
