The Norfolk Asparagus Menu

Spring has officially arrived, and with it one our favourite ingredients returns; the wonderful Norfolk Asparagus - just in time for May and its two long weekends! Head Chef, Harvey Ayliffe has been busy creating a whole menu dedicated to this humble but versatile ingredient, including dishes such as yellow fin tuna & asparagus tartare with wasabi leaves, smoked ponzu & sesame; spiced lobster & asparagus tagliatelle; and chargrilled asparagus, truffled Pecorino, & shaved speck ham. Traditionalists can enjoy it the classic way; steamed hot with hollandaise or cold with vinaigrette.
